Construction of the new acute care tower at the QEII Halifax Infirmary in Halifax, Nova Scotia, reached a milestone on October 14, 2026. The Level 8 podium structure is now in place, forming the base of the planned 14-level acute care tower.
The project is managed by Build Nova Scotia. To mark the milestone, Build Nova Scotia provided B-roll footage and a YouTube video documenting the progress of the construction.
