The Halifax Regional Municipality has announced that drivers should expect overnight traffic delays on Sackville Drive between Beaver Bank Road and Florence Street. The disruptions are due to scheduled road repair work taking place on Sunday, Nov. 1, and Monday, Nov. 2.
Crews will be working from 9 p.m. to 7 a.m. on both nights. During these hours, an altered centerline or lane drop will be in place along the affected stretch of Sackville Drive, which is expected to slow traffic.
According to the municipality, the road repairs support the Moving Better goals outlined in the 2026–2030 Strategic Plan.
