Bayer Inc. has issued a recall for three of its products in Canada: Flintstones Complete Multivitamins and Minerals tablets, 10 mg Claritin Allergy Tablets, and 200 mg Aleve tablets.

The recall was prompted by distribution errors in which customer-returned products were mistakenly reintroduced into saleable inventory. These items were subsequently redistributed across wholesale markets.

The Canadian Food Inspection Agency (CFIA) announced the recall. The agency encourages consumers to check with the recalling firm to determine whether their product is affected.

Anyone who experiences side effects related to these health products should report them to Health Canada.
